What You’ll Do:

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle for tourism-related roles.
2. Source, screen, and interview top candidates.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
4. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
5. Maintain recruitment data and provide insights to leadership.

Who You Are:

1. HR or recruitment experience, preferably in outsourcing or tourism.
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
5. Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Dutch, Papiamento) are a plus!
