We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our housekeeping staff. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within our facility, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

• – Strong social skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management.
• – Proficiency in computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office applications, to facilitate communication and administrative tasks.
• – Excellent communication skills in Spanish and Papiamento, and preferably English, to effectively communicate with a diverse team.
• – Proactive mindset to anticipate and address potential issues promptly and efficiently.
• – Ability to perform well under pressure, maintaining a calm demeanor and providing effective leadership to the housekeeping team.
• – Self-sufficiency to independently handle responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
