We are seeking a part time office administrator to join our team.
The hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 12:30pm.
The job duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Basic understanding of Quickbooks for the following job functions:
– Creating Quotes, Invoices and Purchase Orders
– Sending invoices and statements to customers
• Responsible for collections
• Directly reporting to our corporate USA office
• Manage and keep records of employee vacation and sick time
• Must be able to speak English/Spanish
